Vibble Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these Terms is to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Muabe Motion (hereinafter referred to as "Company") and its members, as well as other necessary matters regarding the use of the interactive video creation and sharing platform service - Vibble (hereinafter referred to as "Service").

This Service complies with the policies of Apple App Store and Google Play Store, and the terms of use of those stores also apply.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  1. "Service" means all services provided by the Company, including interactive video creation tools, content sharing, feeds, etc.
  2. "Member" means a person who has agreed to these Terms, entered into a service agreement with the Company, and uses the Service.
  3. "Interactive Content" means interactive video content created by members using tools provided by the Service.
  4. "Orbita" means the feature of following other members, representing users who follow you (followers).
  5. "Stella" means users that you follow (following).
  6. "Spark" means the feature of liking content.
  7. "Stardust" means a token required for content uploads, which is consumed by 1 per upload and recharged periodically.
  8. "Post" means all information posted by members on the Service, including interactive content, images, etc.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)

  1. These Terms become effective by posting them on the Service screen or notifying members through other means.
  2. The Company may amend these Terms within the scope not violating relevant laws when there is a reasonable cause.
  3. When the Company amends the Terms, it shall notify them along with the current Terms on the initial screen of the Service from 7 days before the effective date to the day before the effective date, specifying the effective date and reasons for amendment.
  4. If a member does not agree with the amended Terms, the member may discontinue using the Service and terminate the service agreement.

Article 4 (Membership Registration and Age Restriction)

  1. Membership registration is only possible through email address.
  2. The Service is only available to adults aged 19 and over. Minors under the age of 19 cannot register for or use the Service.
  3. Users must enter their date of birth for age verification during registration, and registration is only possible if they are 19 or older based on the entered date of birth.
  4. Membership registration is completed when the applicant agrees to these Terms and the Privacy Policy, applies for membership, and the Company approves it.
  5. The Company may refuse membership registration or terminate the service agreement afterwards in the following cases:

Article 5 (Provision of Service)

  1. Vibble provides the following services:
  2. The Service is provided 24 hours a day, 365 days a year in principle.
  3. The Company may temporarily suspend the Service for system maintenance, expansion, replacement, etc., and will provide prior notice in such cases.

Article 6 (Service Fees and In-App Purchases)

  1. The Service is currently provided free of charge.
  2. The Company may charge fees for part or all of the Service in the future and will provide prior notice in such cases.

Article 7 (Creation and Posting of Content)

  1. Members can create interactive content using the tools provided by the Service.
  2. Members can choose from the following visibility settings when posting content:
  3. Members are responsible for the content they create or post, and the Company is not responsible for the reliability or accuracy of content posted by members.

Article 8 (Prohibited Activities and Content Policy)

  1. Members shall not engage in the following activities:
  2. The Company prohibits the creation and distribution of unhealthy content as a policy, and may immediately delete the content and restrict member status in case of violation.
  3. The Company complies with Apple and Google's content policies, and content that violates these policies may be deleted without prior notice.

Article 9 (Official Account Verification)

  1. The Company operates an official account verification system to prevent impersonation.
  2. Members who fall under the following categories may apply for official account verification:
  3. Documents for identity verification (business registration certificate, ID, etc.) may be requested when applying for official account verification, and submitted documents are destroyed immediately after verification review is complete.
  4. Members verified as official accounts cannot change their nickname directly to prevent impersonation; changes must be requested through customer service.
  5. The Company may refuse official account verification applications or revoke existing verification, and will notify the member of the reason in such cases.

Article 10 (Reporting System and Sanctions)

  1. Members can report other members' posts to the Company if they believe they violate these Terms or are unhealthy.
  2. If the same post is reported 3 or more times, the Company will review and delete the post.
  3. If the same member receives 6 or more reports resulting in post deletions, the member will be added to the blacklist and permanently restricted from using the Service.
  4. The Company may take sanctions against the reporting member if the report is deemed false or maliciously abused.
  5. Members added to the blacklist cannot re-register.
  6. Members may appeal unfair sanctions, and the Company will review and respond within a reasonable period.

Article 11 (Management of Posts)

  1. If content posted by a member violates relevant laws and these Terms, the rights holder may request suspension and deletion of the content according to procedures prescribed by relevant laws.
  2. Even without a request from the rights holder, the Company may take measures such as deletion or temporary action against content if there is reason to believe rights have been infringed or if the content violates these Terms and other Company policies.
  3. The Company may decide whether to restore automatically deleted posts under the reporting system if the member appeals.

Article 12 (Copyright Ownership and Use Restrictions)

  1. Copyright of content posted by members on the Service belongs to the respective member.
  2. Members shall not reproduce, transmit, publish, distribute, broadcast, or otherwise use information obtained through the Service for commercial purposes or allow third parties to use it without prior consent from the Company.
  3. By posting content on the Service, members grant the Company the following rights:

Article 13 (Protection of Personal Information)

  1. The Company strives to protect members' personal information in accordance with relevant laws.
  2. Matters concerning the protection of members' personal information are governed by the Privacy Policy.

Article 14 (Withdrawal and Loss of Membership)

  1. Members may request termination of the service agreement at any time through the membership withdrawal procedure within the Service, and the Company will process the withdrawal immediately.

  3. The Company may terminate the service agreement or restrict service use without prior notice if a member falls under any of the following:
  4. If it is confirmed that a minor registered by disguising as an adult, the Company may immediately suspend the account and take legal action.

Article 15 (Damages)

  1. The Company shall not be liable for any damages to members related to the free Service unless there is intentional or gross negligence on the part of the Company.
  2. If a member violates these Terms and causes damage to the Company, the member shall compensate for all damages incurred by the Company.

Article 16 (Disclaimer)

  1. The Company is exempt from responsibility for service provision if unable to provide the Service due to force majeure such as natural disasters, war, or interruption of services by telecommunications carriers.
  2. The Company is not responsible for service disruptions caused by the member's fault.
  3. The Company is not responsible for the reliability or accuracy of information, materials, or facts posted by members.
  4. The Company has no obligation to intervene in disputes arising between members or between members and third parties through the Service, and is not responsible for any resulting damages.

Article 17 (Relationship with Platform Providers)

  1. This Service is distributed through platforms provided by Apple Inc. and Google LLC (hereinafter referred to as "Platform Providers").
  2. These Terms are a contract between the member and the Company, not with the Platform Providers.
  3. Platform Providers do not bear any warranty obligations regarding this Service and its content.
  4. Platform Providers are not obligated to provide maintenance and support services related to this Service.
  5. All claims related to the use of this Service must be filed with the Company, and Platform Providers bear no related responsibility.
  6. If a member violates these Terms or relevant laws, Platform Providers have the right to enforce these Terms as third-party beneficiaries.

Article 18 (Data Security and Backup)

  1. The Company takes reasonable security measures to protect members' data.
  2. Members are responsible for backing up their own content, and the Company is not responsible for data loss.
  3. The Company will notify members at least 30 days before service termination, and members can download their data during that period.

Article 19 (Third-Party Content and Services)

  1. This Service may include links to content or services provided by third parties.
  2. The Company is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of third-party content or services.
  3. Use of third-party services is subject to the terms of use of those services.

Article 20 (Export Regulation Compliance)

  1. Members must use this Service in accordance with export control laws of the United States and the Republic of Korea.
  2. Members agree not to provide the Service to sanctioned countries or prohibited end users.

Article 21 (Jurisdiction and Governing Law)

  1. If a dispute arises between the Company and a member regarding the use of the Service, both parties shall negotiate in good faith to resolve the dispute.
  2. If the dispute is not resolved through negotiation, either party may file a lawsuit in the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.
  3. The laws of the Republic of Korea shall apply to the interpretation of these Terms and disputes between the Company and members.

Article 22 (Severability)

Even if some provisions of these Terms are deemed invalid under relevant laws, the remaining provisions shall remain valid.


Supplementary Provisions

These Terms shall be effective from December 30, 2025.
